A new label and packing facility to help Argenta meet customers’ needs and support our growing business has officially opened in Dundee, Scotland, UK.

Equipped with a new, fully-automated Cariba labelling and cartoning line, it will dramatically improve the efficiency of secondary packing operations and is able to pack up to 80 bottles per minute in the 3mL to 500mL range. The line can also automatically add components, such as syringes, into cartons and is fitted with the latest technology to ensure high-quality assembled products.

Towards the end of 2023, a new Marchesini blister packing line will also be installed at the site. This will be able to blister pack tubes but could also be used with tablets in the future.
