A born collaborator focused on generating value for customers and shareholders, Alastair Hay is Argenta’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His proven track record in growing companies and vast experience in the private equity sector, combined with his strategic financial expertise, will help drive long-term growth for Argenta.
Alastair has extensive financial experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a founding member and former CFO of Pharmanovia. He helped grow the business over a seven-year period to €300 million in revenue and 300 employees across 10 offices globally. Before Pharmanovia, Alastair was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, a market-leading restructuring and debt advisory business.
Argenta is Alastair’s introduction to animal health. He holds a degree from Cambridge University and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Corporate Treasurer (AMCT) with KPMG in London.
