A born collaborator and analytical thinker, Charley Cull is Argenta’s Head of Pharmaceutical Development Services and Head of Americas CRO. He strives to allow science and data drive decisions in animal health on the journey to producing commercial products that improve the way of life for animals, the environment, and a safe food supply.
Since 2014, Charley has served in roles of increasing responsibility at Midwest Veterinary Services (MVS), a contract research organisation that was acquired by Argenta in 2023. Prior to joining Argenta’s executive leadership team, he served as MVS’s Vice President of Research and Development. Charley also serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Diagnostic Medicine /Pathobiology at Kansas State University and committee member for the American Veterinary Medical Association’s Research Council.
Charley attended Kansas State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree followed by a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and a PhD in Pathobiology with an emphasis in Epidemiology, and the University of Nebraska Lincoln, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.
