A proven leader of high-performance quality organisations within the pharmaceutical industry in both human and animal health, Terry brings over 25 years of experience with leadership roles within companies such as Dechra, Catalent, and Pfizer Animal Health. He was the Head of Quality of the Shawnee site when it was acquired by Argenta in October 2024.
Terry has a BSc and MSc in Business Management and Business Administration from Baker University, KS.
